PAHACEL® Absorbable Cellulose Hemostatic Gauze (Altaylar)

PAHACEL® is an advanced absorbable hemostatic dressing made from 100% plant-based Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose (ORC), developed to provide rapid and reliable hemostasis across a wide range of surgical procedures. Its fibrillar structure conforms easily to complex anatomical surfaces, ensuring excellent handling characteristics and precise placement, even in challenging surgical sites.

Engineered to maintain its structural integrity upon contact with blood and body fluids, PAHACEL® does not swell, form a gel, or adhere to gloves, surgical instruments, or tissue. Its high absorbency promotes rapid hemostasis, while the acidic microenvironment created after application inhibits the growth of a broad spectrum of Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, including both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.

PAHACEL® is fully bioabsorbable and is naturally resorbed within 7–14 days, eliminating the need for removal. Its excellent biocompatibility minimizes tissue irritation, making it a safe and dependable choice for modern surgical practice. Sterilized by gamma irradiation and CE marked as a Class III medical device, PAHACEL® meets the highest European quality and safety standards.

Polypropylene Mesh Altaylar

The Polypropylene Mesh is a pre-shaped, non-absorbable monofilament polypropylene mesh designed for the effective repair of inguinal and incisional hernias, as well as for soft tissue reinforcement. Its lightweight, porous structure promotes optimal tissue integration while maintaining excellent mechanical strength and long-term stability. The soft, flexible design allows for easy handling and precise placement, making it suitable for both open and laparoscopic surgical techniques.

Manufactured from 100% biocompatible monofilament polypropylene, the mesh can be trimmed to the required dimensions without fraying, preserving its structural integrity throughout the procedure. Sterilized using ethylene oxide (EtO) and CE marked, PAHA® Polypropylene Mesh provides a reliable and durable solution for modern hernia repair surgery. It is available in 15 × 15 cm and 30 × 30 cm sizes, individually sterile packed for maximum safety and convenience.
